The Butler Did It…

Gen. Ben. Butler, Jonas French and the Cape Ann Granite Company that is.

Quick work by Mark Erwin id’d my mystery  photo as the Philadelphia City Hall. A little more digging turned up precisely what part Cape Ann granite played in this building.

A Mystery Built with Cape Ann Granite

This image has me stumped. Found in a large collection of architectural photographs showing Rockport-Cape Ann Granite in buildings across the United States, I cannot identify where or what this building is. Anyone know of it?
